Cookie Policy
Last updated: June 18, 2026
1. What This Policy Covers
This policy explains how ingeniix uses cookies and similar browser storage, including local storage. Cookies are small files stored by your browser. Local storage is browser storage that helps remember preferences on the same device.
2. Essential Cookies and Storage
Essential cookies and storage are required for the Service to work safely. They include:
- Session cookies used to keep you logged in and protect your account.
- CSRF and security tokens used to protect forms and account actions.
- Consent preference storage, currently saved in your browser as
ingeniix_consentand recorded server-side where possible. - Local browser preferences that make the app easier to use, such as remembered dashboard task filters.
- Offline task queue storage, currently saved in your browser as
ingeniix_offline_queue_v1, which temporarily holds task completion actions until they can sync. - Google reCAPTCHA storage, including the necessary
_GRECAPTCHAcookie when reCAPTCHA runs for risk analysis.
Essential cookies and storage cannot be fully disabled through our cookie banner because the Service would not work correctly without them.
3. Analytics Cookies
Analytics cookies help us understand how visitors use ingeniix so we can improve the experience. Where used, analytics storage is only enabled after you give consent.
4. Advertising Cookies
Advertising may appear on public marketing pages. Advertising cookies and related storage may be used by advertising providers to measure or personalize ads where permitted by your consent choices and applicable law. Advertising is not intended to appear inside core productivity interfaces such as project boards and planning views.
5. Third-Party Services
Some cookies or browser storage may be set by third-party services used on the site, including Google reCAPTCHA, Google Fonts, and Google advertising services. These third parties are responsible for their own cookies and privacy practices.
6. Your Choices
When you first visit ingeniix, the cookie banner lets you accept all cookies, reject non-essential cookies, or choose analytics and advertising preferences separately. You can reopen these settings from the "Cookie Settings" control in the public footer or clear cookies and local storage in your browser.
7. Consent Records
We may store a record of your consent choice, including your selected preferences, session or account identifier, IP address, and timestamp, to help demonstrate and manage consent.
8. Contact
For questions about our use of cookies and browser storage, contact us at firstcontact@ingeniix.com.
