Terms of Service
Last updated: June 16, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ingeniix ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to do so and that the organization is also bound by these Terms.
2. Description of Service
ingeniix is a project and operational management platform for structured planning, task execution, roster and planning coordination, assets, stock control, reports, notifications, and related team workflows. The platform is currently provided as a development preview, so features, limits, data structures, and workflows may change as the Service evolves.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, two-factor settings where enabled, and all activity under your account. You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
4. Organizations, Teams, and Permissions
Organization owners, admins, and managers are responsible for inviting the correct people, assigning appropriate roles, reviewing staff access, and managing project data within their workspace. Users must only access, edit, export, or delete information they are authorized to handle.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of content you add to ingeniix. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host, store, process, display, transmit, back up, and otherwise handle your content solely as needed to provide, secure, and improve the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of content added by you or your organization.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
- Attempt to bypass authentication, authorization, rate limits, or security controls.
- Upload malicious code, malware, or content that infringes another person's rights.
- Interfere with, overload, scrape, crawl, or reverse engineer the Service without permission.
- Impersonate another person, misrepresent your authority, or misuse organization invitations.
- Use the Service to store information you are not permitted to store or share.
7. Operational Use and Alerts
Task reminders, stocktake warnings, asset alerts, reports, recurring task schedules, and dashboard summaries are provided to support operational coordination. They are not a substitute for professional judgement, legal compliance checks, safety systems, emergency processes, or independent record keeping. You should verify critical information before relying on it for safety, compliance, purchasing, staffing, or financial decisions.
8. Email and Notifications
The Service may send transactional emails and in-app notifications, including account verification, password reset, organization invitations, task reports, stocktake alerts, asset alerts, and security messages. You are responsible for keeping your email address current and for checking notification settings available to your account.
9. Privacy and Cookies
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which explain how we collect, use, store, and protect information.
10. Advertising and Third-Party Services
The Service may be supported by advertising on public marketing pages. Core productivity interfaces are intended to stay focused on work. We may also use third-party services for hosting, email delivery, security, fonts, reCAPTCHA, analytics, and advertising. Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies.
11. Availability and Changes
We aim to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may change, limit, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service, especially while the platform is in development preview. You should keep independent backups of critical operational information.
12. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create security or legal risk, misuse the Service, or if continued access would harm the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service at any time and request account deletion where available.
13. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. ingeniix and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the Service, inability to use the Service, or reliance on information stored in the Service.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the date on this page and, where changes are material, provide reasonable notice. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
