By accessing or using ingeniix ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
ingeniix is a project management platform that provides structured operational planning and visual task execution boards. The Service is provided free of charge and supported by non-intrusive advertising.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
- Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
- Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service without permission

You retain ownership of content you create on ingeniix. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the Service. We do not claim ownership of your data.
6. Organizations and Teams
Organization owners and admins are responsible for managing access and permissions within their organizations. ingeniix is not liable for actions taken by members within an organization.
7. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
8. Advertising
The Service is supported by advertising displayed on landing and marketing pages. Ads are non-intrusive and do not appear within core productivity interfaces such as task boards or planning views.
9. Availability and Modifications
We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ingeniix and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
